Coach Kadie Duffey joined Fountain City FC in 2021.

Kadie has been involved in the soccer community for the past 14 years, first as a player, then as a coach. Growing up in the KC area, she played as a goalkeeper for multiple youth clubs and teams at varying levels. She earned her grassroots level coaching license when she was 16, the youngest licensed coach in Kansas history. 

Before joining Fountain City FC, Kadie was a co-coach for two independent KCSG teams. She earned her D license in 2024 and now coaches two Fountain City teams. 

Kadie was the 2023 recipient of the Community for Coaches Rising Star award, which recognizes young coaches that are making a difference in youth sports. She strives to connect with her players on a personal level and help them to grow into better soccer players every time they’re on the pitch.

Kadie currently attends Johnson County Community College where she is working toward a degree in social work.
