Staff Coach
Mo "Momo" Cisse is a Staff Coach with Fountain City FC, joining in 2024. Coach Momo is originally from Senegal, but was raised in Verona, Italy.
Growing up, Momo played for the Verona Academy and spent 4 years playing professional soccer in Italy's third and fourth divisions. He also had the opportunity to tryout with the Senegal National team. In his final year in Italy, he coached the team for Verona College.
In 2018, Momo moved to the United States to play soccer at Baker University. He was a starter all four years at Baker.
During the day, Coach Momo works as a foster care case manager at Saint Luke's Hospital and also coaches private soccer training.
